North Building – 6,517sf of seismic upgrades, replacement of existing HVAC system, new fencing at exterior mechanical yard, replacement of roofing and exterior cladding and trim and select interior finishes, and replacement of corridor ceilings. South Building – 8,878sf of seismic upgrades, new HVAC controls, replacement of roofing, exterior paint, new suspended ceiling fixtures at lobby and library, and interior finishes and lighting replacement. Regan Building – 325sf of seismic upgrades and replacement of exterior trim, plaster skim coating and exterior painting.
