There is just one contract in design-build, providing a single point of leadership, thus enabling the architect and contractor team to provide unified recommendations. One entity holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a build from estimation, assessments, and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction, and post-construction. As your design-builder, BHM manages all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors, and materials providers, streamlining the entire process from start to finish.
Our ventures with BHM have reaped many successful projects for Bay City Mechanical. These projects were in part successful due to the leadership exemplified by BHM’s experience and planning in this market sector, and the past relationships with both our combined field and office personnel.
