Seismic strengthening of the Chemistry Annex Building including foundation upgrades, concrete bracing and fiber reinforced polymer wrapping of columns, a new transformer and generator. Accessibility improvements included new sloped walkways at 3 primary entries, enclosure of a 2-story atrium with accessible restrooms at the basement and 1st floor, and renovation of 3 existing restrooms. New accessible eyewash/showers and drinking fountains.
